By booking a ride or using the services of Thillaiyazhini Travels, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking

• Bookings can be made via call, WhatsApp, or online form

• Confirmation is sent with driver details and pricing

• Accurate pickup location, number of passengers, and timing are required

2. Pricing

• Fares are calculated based on per-kilometer rates and service type

• Toll, parking, hills entry, pets, or additional waiting charges apply as needed

• Minimum kilometers or hours apply per tariff category

3. Payment Policy

We accept the following methods:
✅ UPI
✅ Cash

We do not accept:
❌ Cheques
❌ Credit/Debit Cards

Full payment is expected at the end of the journey unless pre-arranged.

4. Cancellations

• 24+ hrs before ride: Free cancellation

• 12–24 hrs before ride: 25% fee

• Less than 12 hrs or no-show: 50% fee

Refunds (if any) will be issued via UPI within 5 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and be reachable via phone

• Avoid damaging the vehicle (cleaning/damage fees apply)

• No alcohol, smoking, or illegal activity in vehicles

6. Service Commitments

• Vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and driven by licensed drivers

• We aim to be punctual, but delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events may occur

• Liability is limited to the booking amount

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Disputes shall be resolved in Chennai jurisdiction.
